Seminar with Franziska Sump from the University of Southern Denmark

Today, Franziska presented her work with the title “Interpreting a Social Reference Point: Intra-Organizational Peer Performance Feedback on Exploration-Exploitation” to the TIM group. Franziska is a Postdoc at the at the Strategic Organization Design Unit, and her research interests lie at the intersection of strategy and organization design.
