"Super Deciders", co-authored by Stefano Brusoni, Daniella Laureiro Martinez, Claudio Feser, and Prof. Dr. Karolin Frankenberger, explores the neuroscience and psychology behind effective decision-making. Featuring illustrations by Daniella and contributions from Ana Procopio Schön and David N. Redaschi, the book provides practical insights to enhance leadership performance and decision making.

Our team made a strong impact at the Strategic Management Society (SMS) Conference in Istanbul, earning prestigious awards and presenting groundbreaking research. Zorica Zagorac-Uremović, Daniella Laureiro Martinez, and Ivan Lobo received two Behavioral Strategy awards—Best Proposal and Most Novel Proposal—for their work on "Multiple Goal Achievement in the Fragile Ecosystem of the Colombian Pacific Region."

Check out the new book on Open Innovation, especially “Chapter 37 - Leadership Skills for Open Innovation”, co-written by Daniella Laureiro Martinez and Stefano Brusoni. The chapter focuses on a crucial but under explored topic in Open Innovation: The role of leaders, and leadership, in navigating the complex terrain of internal and external idea integration. 

We are pleased to announce that Maria Enrica Zamponi has been awarded the Will Mitchell Dissertation Research Grant (WMDRG), part of the Strategy Research Foundation (SRF) of the Strategic Management Society (SMS)! Her research project titled, "Technology Rules: The Role of Cloud Platforms in Shaping Problem-Solving," will provide valuable insights to the field of strategic management in the digital age.
