Tommaso Ramus is Associate Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Ethics, Business and Economics (CEBE) at the university CATÓLICA-LISBON. His work generally focuses on how social enterprises and socially responsible businesses integrate social value creation and wealth generation. In this seminar, he explored the topic of how organizations that face institutional pluralism attract resorces to grow.

We spent the first day of our trip to Ticino in Lugano. The program included a common lunch, a visit to the Lido or old town of Lugano, as well as a boat ride to the beautiful village of Gandria. Check out the pictures below!

For the celebration of the TIM Groups 10 Years Anniversary, we spent an afternoon and evening in Villa Hatt of ETH Zürich, where we reflected about the groups culture and learned how influential external scholars perceive the TIM Group. These external scholars were Prof. Alfonso Gambardella from Bocconi (Editor of Business Strategy at Management Science) and Prof. Gautam Ahuja from Cornell University (Editor in Chief of Organization Science).
