Organization Science Winter Conference (OSWC) Online in 2022
The 3 & 4 March 2022, the OSWC will take place online and include two “fireside chats” and two paper panels which will showcase fundamental ideas and cutting-edge research done in the Carnegie tradition. For instance, the fireside chats have the title "Remembering Jim March and his ideas" and "The Carnegie tradition: Looking back and looking forward". The event is co-organized by Stefano Brusoni.
Prof. Vibha Gaba

Vibha Gaba is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD and The INSEAD Fellow in Memory of Erin Anderson. She is broadly interested in how organizations learn and how it impacts their ability to innovate and adapt, especially in discontinuous environments. In this seminar, Vibha's presented her work about the diffusion of problems and solutions and heterogeneity in organizational fields to the TIM Group.
Emily Publishes on Impact Measurement with the One Planet Lab
Emily has published a guide on impact measurement together with One Planet Lab, an initiative of WWF Switzerland. The guide is aimed at entrepreneurs, social enterprises and non-profits who are new to the topic and wish to set up an impact measurement and evaluation system for their work. It introduces basic concepts and some introductory exercises, and is available in English, German and French. For learning more about this innovative measurement approach, check out the link below.
Tomoko Publishes an Article on Leadership Flexibility in HBR.org
Together with Jennifer Jordan and Michael Wade from IMD Business School, the authors argue the need for flexibility and versatility in leadership skills and offer some practical advice on how to cultivate it. Check out the article under the link below.

Today, the TIM Group held an interesting seminar with Simone Vannuccini from the Science Policy Research Unit at the University of Sussex (England). Simone shared the research agenda of the SPRU Artificial Intelligence Group and some of its current ideas and results with us.
Tomoko Presents at the MIS Quarterly Executive Virtual Workshop
Tomoko and her IMD colleagues gave a joint presentation titled "Managing Digital Transformation Through Evolving Crises" at the MIS Quarterly Executive's Crisis-Driven Digital Transformation Virtual Workshop on January 5th. The workshop was an opportunity to obtain feedback and discuss with scholars from the Information Systems community.
