Since November 2022, I have been pursuing a PhD in the Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) group at ETH Zurich.
My research explores the intersection of technology, strategy, and management. I investigate how technologies evolve over time, and what makes individuals good at solving emerging technical problems. My ultimate goal is to understand the interplay between technological innovation and individual capabilities. Currently, I’m observing developers engaging in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud’s Q&As over the years to identify factors contributing to effective problem-solving, given the technical structure of each cloud computing platform.
I'm a Teaching Assistant for the courses on Technology and Innovation Management and Systems Thinking (Integrative Complexity).
I hold a BSc in Economics and Management, followed by a MSc in Innovation and Technology Management from Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. Before joining ETH Zurich, I was a researcher at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Brescia as a part of a project concerning the ethical impacts of AI applications.
