James O'Neill

James O’Neil, a turnaround manager, industrial leader and agent of change in heavy industrial sectors has lived and worked in Asia, Australia and Europe. He has broad international experience managing programmes in his countries of residence and in Italy, Germany, Malaysia, India and the USA. James is highly qualified in the fields of change management, business process engineering, operations management and engineering management. He is passionate about managing change in industrial sectors and supporting the development of engineering professionals.

James is an electrical engineer specialising in the field of electromagnetic compatibility in high-​ and medium-​voltage industrial systems. He holds a Master’s degree (MAS MTEC) from ETHZ.
