AI Innovation Readiness Assessment

Header

In a rapidly evolving business landscape, AI is a critical driver of innovation, offering companies new avenues for growth and competitive advantage. Yet, a recent study by ETH Zurich found that DACH companies are lagging behind their U.S. counterparts in adopting AI across organizational functions, risking their ability to keep pace. To address this gap, the Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) Chair at ETH Zurich, under Prof. Brusoni, has developed a comprehensive AI Innovation Readiness Assessment.

Targeted at senior executives in strategic roles, the study evaluates your organization’s capabilities across three critical dimensions—organization, team, and individual—providing a clear view of your current AI readiness. By identifying strengths and critical gaps, it delivers a tailored roadmap to help your organization achieve sustainable, AI-driven innovation.

Bluemorrow, our implementation partner for this study, leverages its deep expertise in innovation management and foresight to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Through this collaboration our partners can take a step further to turn AI ambitions into tangible outcomes.

The proposed study includes 3 elements:
- In depth leadership interviews (1-5 executives)
- Short assessment with a representative group of employees (30-100 team members)
- Peer benchmarking event at ETH Zurich (5-8 organizations)

Output: A comprehensive organizational readiness report, detailing your company’s overall capability to leverage AI for innovation.
